⚡ E6013 Welding Rod – Smooth Finish & Easy Operation

Key Features:

  • Rutile (titanium) coating – soft, stable arc with minimal spatter

  • All‑position welding – excellent for flat, horizontal, vertical down, and overhead

  • AC and DC dual purpose – works with both AC and DC power sources (either polarity)

  • Small spatter – clean welds, less cleanup

  • Good slag removal – slag detaches easily, leaves a smooth surface

  • Easy arc re‑ignition – convenient for intermittent welding

  • No pre‑baking required – generally used directly from the package

  • If damp: bake at 150°C (300°F) for 30–60 minutes depending on moisture level

Packaging & Storage

  • Standard packaging: 5kg plastic box, 20kg carton, or as customer requirement
  • Label: Stone Bridge / Hero Brand with AWS classification clearly marked
  • Storage conditions: Keep in dry place at room temperature. Avoid high humidity.
  • Re‑drying: If electrodes become damp, bake E6011 at 150–200°C for 30–60 minutes; E6013 at 150°C for 30–60 minutes.
