The barbed wire fence is twisted by a fully automatic barbed wire machine. Barbed wires are divided into galvanized barbed wire, aluminum alloy barbed wire, and PVC coated barbed wire. We also supply concertina barbed wire and concertina razor products for high-security applications. Surface treatment processes include electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, plastic coating, and plastic spraying. The barbed wire is available in different colors: silver, blue, green, yellow, etc.

Raw Materials
Generally, high-quality low-carbon steel wires (galvanized wires) or PVC-coated iron wires.

Types
The types of barbed wire fence according to surface treatment:

1. Galvanized barbed wire fence
   Made of galvanized iron wires. Two types available: electro-galvanized and hot-dip galvanized. Our factory produces IOWA type galvanized barbed wire, with 2 strands twisted and each barb length of 1.3 cm. Barb spacing: 3–6 inches (tolerance ± 1/2 inch). Suitable for industrial, agricultural, animal husbandry, residential, plantation fields, or fencing protection.
   Packaging: in rolls.
   Specifications:

   • Size range: 1.20mm – 4.00mm

   • Tensile strength: 350MPa – 1400MPa

   • Galvanized layer: 10g/m² – 450g/m²

2. Aluminized barbed wire fence
   A newly launched product with a layer of aluminum covering the surface. Aluminum does not corrode, so this aluminized barbed wire greatly improves corrosion resistance and extends service life.

3. PVC-coated barbed wire fence
   The surface treatment is PVC-coated, with core wire made of iron wire, electro-galvanized iron wire, or hot-dip galvanized iron wire.

Other types include:

• Single Strand Barbed Wire: Suitable for farm fences and industrial fences, simple structure, easy installation.

• Double Strand Barbed Wire: Suitable for military bases, prisons, and border fences, higher strength and stronger protection.

• Razor Barbed Wire (Concertina Razor): Also known as razor barbed wire roll cage or concertina barbed wire, mainly used in high-security areas such as military defense, prison fences, airport protection, etc.
